About Flinders Reef

North of the chain of shoals from south's Roberts to Hutchison in the North.Over 175 fish species live here. You can spot Turtles, reef sharks and the canyons and pinnacles on the eastern side are great to explore - as well as the NE drop-off. Good for for beginners as well as The site itself lies about 140 nautical miles east of Townsville. Vis can get to 50+ and the walls go as far down as 1000m with bommies high as 60m .Tones of fish!
