Vertigo is found within the Honduras Islands of Utila, Roatan & Guanaja on the Meso-American Barrier Reef, the second largest reef in the world. Vertigo is on the southside of Guanaja to the east of Roatan and sited alongside the South West Cay which you can only reach by boat. A spectacular ledge drop off.
