Oceanatik allows registered users to create and manage business listings for dive centres, operators, resorts, and other related services. Registration and the creation of basic listings are free of charge. Additional optional paid services may be offered to enhance visibility or access premium features; however, use of these services is not required to maintain a listing.
By creating or managing a listing, you agree to comply with these Terms of Publishing and all other applicable site policies.
Only individuals who are authorised representatives of a business may create or manage its listing. By submitting or managing a business profile, you confirm that:

The list of authorised users is visible in the Settings section of each individual listing.
Oceanatik reserves the right to request proof of authorisation at any time.
Oceanatik reserves the right to verify business information, request supporting documentation, or make editorial adjustments to ensure consistency and quality across listings. Oceanatik may display content or services from third parties, such as maps, analytics tools, booking partners, or weather data providers. While Oceanatik selects reliable partners, it is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party information.
Authorised business representatives may delete their listings at any time via the Business Settings section. Oceanatik may require verification of identity or ownership before permanently removing a listing.
