About William D. Sanner

William D. Sanner is a 260-ton Maryland Pilot Boat that sank in about 60 feet of water after crashing into the British freighter Levernbank on the 1st of December 1938 just inside Chesapeake Bay. One can find many remarkable artifacts including two telegraphs, portholes and the helm. Conditions are not always perfect, however this still remains a top class dive.
