The SS Tarpon sank in 1937 due to strong sea conditions. On her last voyage she was Captained by, 83 year old Capt. W. G. Barrow enroute to Panama City. Unfortuneatly the captain and 13 other souls were lost. This is a exciting dive with loads of artifacts to be seen and abundant marine life envelopes her. A very historic dive site.
