North Beach is just off of Discovery Bay in the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Port Townsend in the US state of Washington. This novice level dive is a safe shore entry and provides spectacular underwater topography with rocky outcrops, bays and gullies to explore. There is a large variety of local juveniles and plenty of color for macro and micro photography.
