Lucinda Van Valkenburg crashed into an iron propeller on the 1st of June 1887 due to thick fog. It is a wooden schooner with it's hull partially collapsed and the centerboard standing. There is an anchor chain and coal (old cargo) at the site. The wreck was then damamged further by a salvage effort.
