About Horatio Hall Wreck

This was a Coastal Steamer, and sister ship to The John Englis. On March 10, 1909, bound for New York she collided with The Dimlock. The Dimlock was also enroute to New York at the same time. The collision was due to heavy fog. The Dimlock penetrated the Hall's starboard side. She sank within minutes. Luckily no lives were lost. A beautiful dive. Lots of corals and marine life.
