About York Divers

York Divers, York's only PADI FIVE Star Dive Center, is locally owned and staffed. All of our staff began their dive career as students and now enjoy the opportunity to share their knowledge and experiences with you. In 2012, York Divers celebrated 30 years as a PADI Dive Center. York Divers has been certifying students since 1975 before becoming a PADI Dive Center.We are a Handicap Scuba Association facility, teaching adaptive scuba. Instructors on staff and Adaptive Dive Budddies complete our team to provide a safe and fun adventure for everyone. York Divers staff includes 6 instructors and 22 divemasters to train people how to dive safely.We offer classes for the beginner as well as the experienced diver.We have classes year round from basic open water beginner classes up to the divemaster and assistant instructor rating.
