National Diving Center, Established 1973, is Washington DC’s oldest operating scuba diving shop specializing in scuba diving training, gear sales, equipment servicing and travel. Nestled in the neighborhood of Tenleytown, a short walk from either Tenleytown or Friendship Heights Metro, our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers.Owners and staff have over 30 years of experience in SCUBA Diving and are passionate about sharing our knowledge and enthusiasm for the underwater world and exceeding your expectations. Our PADI Scuba Professionals are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, embody professionalism and provide a nurturing comfortable environment for your introduction to or continuing education in scuba diving.Whether your are new to/curious about scuba diving or a veteran scuba diver, stop on in or drop us a line. We would be happy to provide you with information, swap dive experiences, outfit you with or service your gear, or anything you need. All of our staff are also divers themselves, so they can answer most questions about any of our services or products.We carry a large selection of wetsuits, regulators, BCDs, masks, snorkel, fins, accessories and much, much more! We even have a large selection of bags so you can carry it all.We love our customers and welcome your feedback and suggestions.
