Divers@Sea is the dream business of founder Bert Quist, a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. Bert has certified more than 800 divers, and has logged several thousand dives throughout the United States and Caribbean.Bert started diving more than 19 years ago; he has never slowed down. He is a certified PADI Scuba Diving Instructor who has logged several thousand dives all over the United States, and in the Caribbean.
