Blue Dolphin Dive Center established in 1976 by Bob Outlaw as the 1st PADI 5-Star IDC Center in NC. Since then it has grown to become a PADI store and SDI, TDI, ERDI Training Center with a Dive Facility in Thomasville called Blue Stone Dive Resort which is used by All of the Local Dive Stores for Training.
