Blu Water Scuba is owned and operated by a US Navy Veteran and is a full-service PADI Five Star Instructor Development training center servicing the dive community since 2010! We are located in Winchester VA. Blu Water Scuba also has a PADI Tec Instructor Trainer on staff so that current PADI instructors can come to Blu Water Scuba to obtain a rating as a Tec Instructor. Interested in diving? We’ll take care of all your training needs from learning to dive through teaching others to dive! Blu Water Scuba can assist with all your equipment and training needs.
