About Thesis Wreck

The Thesis was a Iron Hulled Cargo Vessel and Steamer. She sank on 16 October 1889 while transporting a cargo of Pig Iron to Belfast. She struck a reef in the Sounds of Mull during heavy foggy conditions. This is a very interesting wreck dive with loads of artifacts, abundant marine life and beautiful coral growth.
