About Porthkerris

This area provides some enjoyable shore diving as well as an area to launch a boat.There is a dive center here which offers some facilities and services.Located near to shore is a reef along with a few gullies,depths here reach just under 20 meters.Tidal flows in the area can be strong between the shore and the reef,but the dive site is sheltered from both north westerly and south westerly winds.There is some interesting marine life here with quite a few creatures such as squid,cuttlefish and lobster being present.There are some small fees for the parking, etc
