About Danmark

The Danmark was a Danish Tanker Vessel of 150 meters long. This beautiful vessel sank in 1940 after being hit by a Torpedo froma nearby German Submarine. She is fairly broken up and rests in shallow waters just off Inganess Bay. Its believed that most of this vessel has been salvaged over the years. Its a easy wreck dive, and suitable for all level divers. Beautiful corals decorates the Danmark along with a excellent display of marine life.
