This vessel sank in December 1944 when she was struck by a torpedo fired by U-2102,which caused her to break in half.Lifeboats were launched and while 2 of the lifeboats capsized or were damaged in the launch of them,the other lifeboats picked up crew members who jumped over boat. Her bow now lies at a depth of 14 meters and the remains of her lay scattered around some large boulders.There is also a cave located near to the wreck
