About Maverick Wreck

This scuba dive consists of an intentionally sunken vessel which was sunk for diving purposes.She is located about 750 meters from Mt. Irvine beach.The wreck lies on the sea floor at a depth of 30 meters being it's deepest area and 17 meters being the most shallow area.The wreck provides a wonderful dive and one is even able to penetrate it. Part of the stern has collapsed so penetration can be quite dangerous.The remains of this wreck are covered in a variety of different marine growth.Marine life around this area includes Jewfish, Cobia, Barracuda and more
