Flip Flop Divers is conveniently located on the main road on Long Beach, 200 metres south of the 7/11.The shop has a comfortable café reception area where you can relax while getting some information on the dive sites, courses or other excursions around the island.They offer a wide selection of PADI courses, Fun-Dives and Snorkeling trips to some of the most amazing sites the Andaman Sea has to offer.PADI courses range from “Discover Scuba Diving” (a one day package, Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Adventure Diver, Rescue Diver, Emergency First Responder, right through to Dive Master (a Professional Diver Certification). They also offer a number of specialities such as “Deep Diver”, “Wreck Diver”, “Nitrox Diver”, Digital Underwater Photography”, “Peak Performance Buoyancy Diver” and many more.The Dive Centre also has a quaint bar, where Nong, the manager, can rustle up wonderfully refreshing cocktails, Iced Fruit Shakes, Iced Coffees, and some of the best bar snacks you’ve ever tasted! You have to try the “Chilli Mango Margarita”!Nong is also an expert on local Thai travel arrangements, and can assist with all of your land or boat travel requirements to or from the major towns and cities in the region such as Trang, Krabi, or Phuket.They can arrange transfers to and from any of these destinations in luxury VIP transfer vehicles, the local Mini-Busses, or passenger ferries where applicable.They can also provide a one-stop shop service for those of you who want full tour packages without the hassle of booking accommodation.
