About Octopus Scuba School

Octopus Scuba School, Playa de Pals Costa Brava Spain, is the dive centre for those wishing to either step into the water for the first time (Discover Scuba Diver), further their diving education through the Padi system (Adventure, Advance, EFR, Rescue, Divemaster) or to have fun as certified divers. As a Mares Diving Centre and one of their leading retail outlets, they can offer a full range of top quality diving equipment at very competitive prices. Since their 10th Anniversary last year we wish to welcome you a aboard for another wonderful year on Octopus Scuba School´s awesome boat XALOC, taking you to wonderful new dive site from Aigua Freda down as far as Shipwrecks in Palamos every day. With a maximum 10 divers, there is no more stress and cramped boats, their boat is big enough to give the thrill and yet small enough for them to continue to offer the personal treatment that they pride themselves on. All dives are lead by of our experienced Divemasters or Instructors, directing you through beautiful reef islands and coves, full of exquisite marine life (Moray Eels, Eagle Rays, Scorpion Fish, Grouper, Octopus, Sunfish just to name a few). You may also see one of the resident seahorses -Leo, Hairy Mary, Sid or Gabriel! As well as great dives they offer, three times per day, fantastic snorkeling trips which can be purchased on a ticket basis which includes refreshments or private charter of the whole boat which includes drinks and snacks, plus this year they are offering a Private Chartered Sunset Cruise with Spanish Tapas included too ! They will take you down the coastline from their home of Aigua Freda, visiting lovely caves and natural waterfalls, snorkeling with colorful fish and corals and perhaps spotting their friendly dolphins and even the whales if you are lucky enough!
