About Divestar Ibiza

Divestar Ibiza wants to give as many people as possible the opportunity to undergo life changing experiences, both as divers and as dive professionals. They want to give people the tools to determine their own path in life, and to those who want to, give the means to also change other people's lives by making the fascinating underwater world accessible for them. They do not distinguish themselves from other dive centers on pricing, as they are not the cheapest dive center available and they we do not want to be that either. They focus on quality, flexibility and experience. Flexible courses, which they always run, no matter how few students they have, courses on the dates requested by divers. Experience because they think that the fun should start during the course, not afterwards. They focus on the experiences their students have and in doing so the course transforms from being 'a necessity for being able to dive' into a fun experience in itself. Normally divers won't only go home having had a great experience and owning a diving certification, but also with pictures and/or video's as a memorandum.

Belize is a diver’s playground where the Caribbean’s only three true atolls cradle kaleidoscopic coral gardens, steep drop-offs and the iconic Great Blue Hole. Glide over nurse-shark nurseries at Hol Chan, descend along Lighthouse Reef’s vertiginous walls, or time your visit to Placencia for exhilarating whale-shark encounters at Gladden Spit. Warm 26-29 °C waters, 15-30 m visibility and a laid-back Creole-Garífuna culture turn every surface interval into a tropical holiday. Whether you’re certifying in shallow seagrass meadows or racking up tech-level depth on coral-encrusted ledges, Belize blends world-class marine biodiversity with sustainable operators, eco-minded lodges and easy travel connections—making it the perfect base for both first-time bubbles and bucket-list underwater adventures.
