About The Paquita Wreck

This scuba dive is located in Knysna,a costal town along the Garden Route of the Western Cape.This scuba dive consists of the wreck of a German barque which sank here in 1903.She is located on the Eastern side of the Heads.She remains in very good condition with majority of the wreck still intact. There is also an amazing coral covered reef located near this vessel and there is also some great marine life including seahorses.This dive is located at a lagoon mouth and currents can be very strong at times,it's advised that you dive within an hour or less of the turning of the tide.This site also provides a great night dive
