About Sunny Cove

Sunny Cove is situated on the south side of Fish Hoek bay. This is a sheltered shallow site with easy entry and exits points, making it an ideal spot for novice divers and a favourite for night dives. To access the site, cross the railway at Sunny Cove Railway Station and follow the pathway to the right of the beach where you will find various entry and exit points. The rocky reefs are not as colourful as other sites in False Bay, but there is still plenty of marine growth and a abundance of small fish. Soles and dog sharks are often seen on night dives. The site is also suitable for snorkelling.
