About Moonie 3

Within the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan area but outside of Algoa Bay (ie on the Wild Side) Moonie 3 is lesser know but a very nice dive on the same reef chain as Scotsmans Reef. Nudibranches, Blacktails, Zebras, Red Roman are regulars here just as the exotic sounding French Madame. At a max depth of 20 m its a good dive for all with plenty of the colours you would find on this side of the bay. It's rocky and you'll find plenty of underwater 'vegetation' -or 'flora' for underwater photography.
