About A Frame

The site lies approximately 5km from Simon's Town on the Cape Point Road. The entry point is a flat rock below the mast which is visible from the road, followed by a short 60m swim. A few deep holes and overhangs make for an interesting dive and colourful invertebrates are plentiful. The smaller of the two rocks has a cave with invertebrates and big sponges. It can however be silted up from time to time, especially at the start of winter. There are often a bit of a surge on the outer side of the big rock, but it is usually calm inshore, especially in winter.
