Terra Rika Beach & Dive Resort, the place where you can experience the well-known wonderful Ilokano hospitality of the Northern part of the Philippines. The Resort is located in the town of Pagudpud in the province of Ilocos Norte, northwest tip of the island of Luzon. Its facilities are at the beach front of the famous Saud Beach Cove and overlooking the soothing seascape of the Bangui Bay part of the South China Sea. The resort offers quality but affordable accommodations for romantic or adventurous travelers. Terra Rika simply means “bountiful land or rich land.” The Resort was founded by Atty. Lowell B. Romero in 1997. Over the years, the business gradually grew with the help of dedicated teams of staff, achieving a wide range of quality accommodation at realistic prices without sacrificing the individual attention and exceptional service extended to all clients.
