About Veale Reef

An excellent reef dive located in an area of magnificent visibility, sometimes in excess of 45 meters. There is a steep wall present and as you descend down the wall you are able to come in contact with numerous large fish life including Dogtooth Tune, Hammerhead Sharks, Reef Sharks and others. The lovely sponges and corals with populate the reef are another prime example of why this dive site is so popular- large corals and sponges of all colours are present here.
