Zero fighter: Type: Mitsubishi A6M Navy Type 0 Carrier Fighter Plane Diving Depth Summary: 6'/ 2 m The deadly Mitsubishi A6M, or '�Zero'� fighter was Japan's overhead weapon of choice during WWII. It was so poplar that 11,500 of them were manufactured. The Zero is 29.9 feet long with a 39 foot wingspan. Both wings were fitted with twin 20mm guns. A straight propeller can be seen sticking out from under the water, the telltale sign that it was not in motion upon impact with the shallow reef. The shallow submersion levels and mild currents make this site easily accessible to everyone from snorkelres to novice divers. Location: Ngaremediu Reef, southeast of Koror.
