About Ras ir-Raheb

Ras ir-Raheb is a dive site situated on the western point of Malta, known for its intriguing cave that begins at the surface and extends down to approximately 25 meters. The rock face outside the cave is nearly vertical, both above and below the water, and begins to slope down to a sandy seabed at depths exceeding 70 meters. The site is characterized by the deep blue of the water and its clarity, which can be disorienting for some divers.

Due to its exposure to strong currents, Ras ir-Raheb is recommended only for experienced divers. The dive site offers a unique experience of cave and wall diving. However, potential visitors should note that the marine life at this site is not specified. Despite this, the site's unique underwater topography and the challenge it presents make it a noteworthy destination for seasoned divers.
