About Migra Ferha

Migra Ferha dive site is located on the south west coast of Malta under Dingli Cliffs. It offers stunning views both above and below the surface. This site is known for its diverse range of dive sites, including car wrecks, boulders, caves, caverns, overhangs, and an archway. The maximum depth at Migra Ferha exceeds 60 meters, making it suitable for experienced divers. One of the highlights of this dive site is the car wrecks that can be found close to the cliff at a depth of about 15 meters. These wrecks create a unique artificial reef and provide an interesting underwater exploration. Additionally, there are more car wrecks in front of a large cave at 32 meters and deeper. The boulder area on the other side of the reef, ranging from 15 to 25 meters deep, offers further opportunities for exploration. It is important to note that Migra Ferha is best accessed by boat, as the shore entry requires navigating approximately 150 steep steps. Divers should also be cautious of currents and ensure that exit is possible before entering the sea. After diving, it is advisable to rest for 20-30 minutes before climbing the steps back up to avoid exercise-related decompression illness. Overall, Migra Ferha is a captivating dive site for experienced divers seeking a variety of underwater landscapes and marine life.
