About The Aquarium

The Aquarium is a freshwater dive site situated in the south central region of Lake Malawi. As its name points out this is the place to see the many species. Scientists researching the Cichlids of Lake Malawi have often used the Aquarium as a breeding site for live fish captured for research from this and other parts of Lake Malawi. This has seen an amazing density and variety of fish at this dive site. It is a shallow, safe dive suitable for even the most inexperienced divers.
