About Il Grottone

Dive at Tavolara island, Sardinia. The dive site is accessible by boat preferably starting from San-Teodoro. At this dive site you can find a large cave in the calcareous wall at about 14 m of depth. Inside the cave you can find sponges, bryozoa and coelenterata of various type which spread all over the cave interior. This dive is especially nice for beginners, since it is an easy dive but impresses with many naturalistic highlights and a large and easily accessible cave.
