About Tjenderawashi Barge Wreck

This dive consists of the wreck of a vessel which sank on 26 December, 1993 when she came across large waves. It is said that the workers used thousands of barrels to try re-float the vessel but with no luck. She now rests on a steep sloping area wedged between a few rocks. The wreck is lying at an angle of around 20 degrees. Her deepest point is at 25 meters while the shallowest is at a minimal 4 meters. Marine life on and around the wreck includes sponges, corals and oysters; not to mention the fish.
