About Rocky Point

Another five star dive on the Southern (south eastern) coast of Utila Island in the Honduras which can be divided into two(2) sites because of of its reef size and variety of interesting nooks and crannies. For divers of all levels approaching from the shoreline a hard limestone reef flat has massive brain, star corals, sea fans and other soft corals. You'll find snappers and to the west and the open sandy bottom descends to a wall. Go east and explore another reef garden with plenty of eels,l Eagle Rays, mollusks and Octopus. Green Moray Eels and Snappers are plentiful and so are glassy sweepers and silversides.
