About Black Hill

Located on the Southern side of Utila this scuba dive consists of a large sea mound which descends from a depth of 10 meters down to the sea floor.After entering the water and descend over the mound you will be amazing by the amount of marine life surrounding you, numerous wrasse and angelfish are present here.Descending deeper to depth you will come across some drop offs which descend to depths of around 50 meters.Located on the eastern part of this site are wonderful coral structures and sponge growth.Marine life here includes Snapper, Spadefish, Jacks, Barracudas, Turtles and many more.An absolutely wonderful scuba dive for the more advanced divers
