About Taivassalo Hilloinen quarry

Hilloinen is one of many quarries in Taivassalo. The property of this land is more or less public since there is no permission needed. The dive sites has two sides: shallow and deep side. Shallow side is less than 8 meters deep whereas the deeper side can go all to way 20 m. There are artifacts of mining and small cave like construction. The site has been one of the many world record site for Divers' Night in 2008 and 2009
