Scuba Bula is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort. Scuba Bula Dive has a 100% safety record and has received certificates of recognition of excellence from PADI.In November 2008 Scuba Bula became Fiji’s first and only SDI and TDI 5 Star Dive Centre, one of only 4 in the entire South Pacific.Scuba Bula is the only dive centre located on the west of Fiji that dives on the Outer Navula Barrier Reef. The nearest dive site is only 10 minutes away on one of our custom built dive boats.We have 22 Dive Sites – all with moorings, so no anchoring on the reef! There is a wide variety of dive sites to enjoy, including, wall dives, swim-throughs, caves, canyons, and picturesque reef dives. The marine life is outstanding with a lot of visiting pelagic species as well as hundreds of species of resident reef fish. The coral is healthy with wide varieties of both hard and soft corals. The 2008 whale season was spectacular with numerous sightings of both Pilot Whales and Humpback Whales.Scuba Bula has been working with the World Wildlife Fund to help conserve the local environment and monitor the health and biodiversity of the reef and mangroves. In September 2008 Scuba Bula received a Certificate of Appreciation from the WWF for the contributions made.
