About Cape Clear

The Cape Clear was a huge cargo ship. She sank on 21 August 1944 while enroute to UK when she collided with the Liberty Ship, Henry Dearborn. Today she rests in deep waters of 60 meters which makes this dive suitable for advanced and technical level divers only. Abundant marine life now inhabits her with a great display of corals. Great for exploring.
