About Trykkerdammen

Wind is from the west - as it often does - provides a "pressed pond" a good opportunity for an easy dive. If you run down to the ferry port to get to a roundabout, turn right towards the south, and you get a few hundred meters down to a park on the right. Here is room for both parking and dress on. Just above, there is a staircase down to the beach, even the staircase is so broad that it is quite right to wear a small dinghy off it if I have one of the dive. Larger both can be at the towing place in Elsinore Nordhavnsgade (90 dollars). If you dive right angles from the beach, you get to a depth of 10 meters and then keep the depth as you swim to the north, you will soon encounter in the remains of a small boat - the 'padi-wreck. The story says it was reduced by a Copenhagen dykkercenter to have something interesting to dive on. Now, there is not much left of the ship itself, but the pt. you can find the remains of a toilet and a moped on the spot. The bottom is sandy with extensive areas of eelgrass and seaweed, and can include see flatfish and eel. Be aware that there may be some divers on the spot - it will be among other widely used of diving centers and clubs to uddannelsesdyk.
