About Stinesminde

Stinesminde or Stine Memorial Depth up to 12 meters. Stine Memorial Wreck is found at 12 meters There are those who call Mariager Fjord of Denmark's most beautiful fjord. In the summer of 1999 was the fjord unfortunately was plagued by severe oxygen depletion, but fortunately nature managed to ensure recovery so that the Fjord was able to look wholesome again, as it did before the oxygen depletion. The Most fish are back in numbers as before the oxygen depletion, like mussels again sits close to the slopes in Inner Fjorden within Hadsund. As before, oxygen depletion, there is still no life at greater depths, where there are virtually always oxygen-free conditions. Fjorden is a perfect place for novices and advanced divers to maintain their skills in winter. The area is not vulnerable to wind, perhaps with the exception of wind from the south. Truly big waves occur almost never. There is almost always good run in Mariager Fjord in the winter, often 10 meters or more and the water is incredibly beautiful green - and cold! "
