St Georges Island is a reputable dive site nestled in the Akamas Marine Reserve on the North Western end. This site is characterized by a distinct wall-like formation with a steep drop-off that starts at about 10 meters. As you explore further, the drop-off dramatically descends to a sloping seafloor at a depth of 32 meters. Although the sea bed continues to descend beyond 50 meters, there are limited sights to see past the wall. Divers can expect a varying visibility range at this site: a minimum of approximately 12.5 meters, extending up to a maximum of about 37.5 meters in optimal conditions.
