About Cape Awkward

Cape Awkward is a unique dive site, commencing at a shallow depth of 2 meters before transitioning into a deep cliff. This cliff plummets down to a depth of 9 meters and then stretches out for an additional 30 meters or so. It offers an array of rocky structures along its path, combined with a few small caves, making it interesting for those who appreciate geological formations. The site is known for being one of the deeper dives in the area, descending down to more than 40 meters. However, divers can expect good visibility, which typically ranges from a minimum of 10 meters to a maximum of 30 meters. As such, Cape Awkward is suitable for experienced divers seeking a deep dive experience with interesting underwater topography.
