About Snake Bay

Snake Bay can be found just down the road from Boka Sami. Its name refers to the huge amount of eels that used to make this site their home. This is an opportunity to explore the reef further south. Use the ramp for an easy entry. A small rock jetty blocks off the current. This is a short swim. The reef is about 9 to 15 meter deep and is very healthy. It could be hard to find your way back so make sure you know where you are at all times. Directions: West of Willemstad, travel 2.4 km West on Weg Naar Bullenbaai. Turn left to head to the Village of Boca Sami. When you reach the water, turn left and travel for about 1 km.
