About Franklin Chang

The 95 ft/29 mt. long costaricean patrol boat "Franklin Chang Diaz", named after the costaricean Astronaut was built 1950 and sunken July 30th 2004 by the costa guard to build a artificial reef near Isla Tortuga. It is now a home for various tropical fishes and start to be covered by marine life.
