We do not have a minimum requirement, however, we do not send the boat out for less than two guests. If you are traveling alone, contact us to find a date for you to join an existing reservation. All tours begin at 7:30 am from our dive shop in Playa Flamingo, with the exception of the Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) tour, which starts at 6:30 am. All tours finish around 1 pm. Tours include two guided scuba/snuba/snorkel dives, along with complimentary fruits, cookies, snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments.All tours are conducted on the same boat, allowing any group to mix and match their choices, depending on experience levels within the group. With choices of scuba, snuba, snorkel and passenger/wildlife watching tours... we have something for everyone!Do you want to scuba dive but don't have the time to get certified? Then you may participate in our Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) tour which allows non-certified people to scuba dive to a depth of 40 feet/12 meters. The minimum age is 10 years old and requires a 1-hour scuba lesson in the pool to be completed before the tour. If you are not quite ready for scuba diving... we have the next best thing with SNUBA! This is a wonderful introduction to scuba diving without all the bulky equipment, mandatory classes, licenses or experience. The air cylinder is placed in a floating raft on the surface of the water and the participants are connected to the cylinder/raft with a pressurized air hose. Basically, SNUBA is scuba diving on a leash. Minimum age is 8 years old with a maximum diving depth of 20 feet/6 meters, with an option for children ages 4-7 years old as well. No previous experience necessary and anyone can do it!And if getting in the water is not your thing... join us as a passenger for the whale, dolphin, turtle and wildlife watching tour!
