About Papua Passage

Starting on the outside of the fringing reef, you follow a canyon with vertical walls, leading you into the lagoon. Exciting dive with great marine life. One of the best sites for turtle encounters on Rarotonga. If the currents are strong, this dive is only for experienced divers. This dive depends a lot on currents, which can vary from none to very strong. The stronger the current, the better the dive (but also harder).
