About Lock 21

This site consists of a easy accessible lock that was submerged in the creation of the St Lawrence seaway in 1885. This lock was going to be the second largest canal enlargement for the seaway canal but instead, was scattered. It makes a great dive with abundant marine life. This site is recommended for advanced divers due to the depth.
