About Xing Da Wreck
The Xing Da was a Chinese Freighter, also known as the Smuggler. She was used to transport immigrants, contrabands and weapons, dating back as far as the Vietnam War. She was impounded and scuttled of the Eastern Blue Cut in 1997. A beautiful wreck dive with loads to see.
