About Lord Amherst Wreck

The Lord Amherst was a 24 gun Armed Transport Vessel. She was also a hospital ship and used to transport injured sailors during the Revolutionary War. Information on how she sank is not clear, but its believed that she sank in february 1778. She rests in shallow waters. Coral encrusted with teeming marine life.
