About Barracuda Reef

Barracuda Reef, also known as Barracuda Shoals, is a stunning shallow bankside patch reef system located in The Exumas. The reef sits in 9 meters of clear blue water, making it an accessible dive for all levels of divers. The light current conditions allow for excellent bottom time, and the visibility can reach up to approximately 45 meters. This site is particularly recommended for beginner divers due to its manageable depth and current.

The reef is enveloped by an abundance of marine life and a healthy display of corals. Divers can expect to encounter a variety of species including Barracudas, Crabs, Groupers, Lobsters, Reef Fish, and Snappers.
